When we say you're the only guest, we mean it. We have one client in the lodge at a time. You won't hear noise from a neighboring banquet. It's just you.

We are a full service facility. Simply choose your menu and service times. If your event requires rentals or additional services, we can arrange for it. We're a single point-of-contact for easy planning.

We have free WiFi throughout the lodge as well as a wired ethernet connection. Our audio visual system is adaptable to most computers. We'll do a trial run ahead of time to ease your concern.

Event coordination is crucial to a successful evening and she's a master at it. She assisted us with planning our menu, room design and décor, and referred her preferred vendors, who proved to be nothing short of amazing. Not only did our daughter want a beautiful reception venue, but she also wanted to serve her guests amazing food. We're a "Foodie" family from Atlanta, GA and thought there couldn't be a venue in Tulsa, OK with incredible food. We soon discovered, fortunately, that there was such a place at “Five Oaks Lodge”. Our wedding guests, who traveled from near and far, continue to rave about the food.

Oh my-where to begin. Five Oaks was our absolute dream venue. We could not have been happier on our wedding day.I was planning this wedding while working across the country in NJ, and I was SO relieved to be in such good hands with Nicole. She thought of everything and was always available to answer my numerous questions.The food was incredible. Our East Coast friends and family had high expectations. They had traveled far and many were used to going to very "over-the-top" receptions in NYC/NJ. Let me tell you-they raved about the food. In the days following my wedding, I received endless comments about how this was "the best wedding meal they've ever had."

The initial sticker shock was a little overwhelming, I'll admit, but after we crunched the numbers between choosing Five Oaks and having almost everything included or a venue that only provided a shell and we'd be responsible for all rentals and catering there was NO price difference! The choice was obvious. I literally cannot say enough amazing things about Five Oaks and Nicole! The venue itself is gorgeous, it requires very little (if any) decorations. The deck is amazing! The reception was so beautiful!
